VITAL CARE INC. PROMOTES SHANNON EVANS TO PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Meridian, MS, March 9, 2020 - Vital Care (vitalcareinc.com) is thrilled to share that Shannon Evans has been promoted to the role of Process Improvement Manager. In this position, Shannon is responsible for the oversight and execution of Vital Care’s auditing and training programs to ensure accuracy and consistency across the department. During her tenure, Shannon has developed a significant amount of knowledge and leadership experience that will help the team achieve its goals moving forward.

"We are going to streamline and standardize the processes from intake all the way through collections to make things easier, relying on our new health information platform, Vital Systems, powered by CareTend. I am also tasked with training team members, so that will be a big part of the growth curve."

Shannon has been at Vital Care since 2011, when she was hired as a Patient Account Representative. Prior to joining Vital Care, she worked the previous 10 years in the optometry field. She has applied her passion for people and for the healthcare industry to everything she has accomplished.
