We Partner with You
Vital Care has enjoyed a consistent track record of steady growth in recent years. We are actively seeking additional locations in new service areas. Vital Care continues to become licensed to sell franchises in additional states. Our continued growth will allow the Vital Care family to build a larger network, show strength in the industry, and increase our value to health care payers and other stakeholders.
Since we operate on a royalty model, we only grow when our franchises grow. We are very selective in whom we choose to join the Vital Care franchise family. We only sign franchise agreements when with candidates who have been thoroughly vetted and are properly positioned for optimal success.
Our rigorous selection process is proven. We have franchise owners who have been with us for over 20 years.
We also understand you and the challenges you face. We have corporate staff who own and operate franchises.
This is not intended as an offer to sell you a franchise. Offers are made only upon delivery of our current Franchise Disclosure Document, which contains all relevant information concerning the costs, expenses and commitment involved in purchasing a franchise. Currently, the following states regulate the offer and sale of franchises: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. We will not offer you a franchise unless and until we have complied with applicable pre-sale registration and disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.
