Cleanroom Assistance

Vital Care offers consultative services for clean room/anteroom design and construction. These services follow guidelines that meet federal, state, and accreditation requirements. Guidelines and floor plans are provided based on current industry standards.

Provider Enrollment

Franchises are enrolled on all eligible managed care contracts. Vital Care will submit applications to obtain provider numbers including, but not limited to, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Tricare, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Staff Training Programs

A four and a half day home infusion training program at our corporate training facility provides a solid foundation for the local Vital Care staff.

Preferred Partners

A group of industry suppliers have partnered with Vital Care to provide the products, supplies, and support services needed across the entire network. This program was developed as an effort to reduce the costs of goods sold and improve profitability through aggregated purchasing.

Start Right Program

This program offers onsite operational support that includes a review of regulatory compliance, inventory management, policies and procedures, referral processes, local marketing and more.

Vital Care provides a comprehensive set of manuals, updated annually, on the most recent industry standards. The manuals include:

Marketing Assistance

Vital Care's Franchise Development department aids in the recruiting, hiring and training of marketing representatives. Training includes a one-day Sales 101 training program offered in conjunction with Franchise Training, as well as an onsite training program. Each representative is taught home infusion basics, terminology, basic selling skills, and referral source marketing. Customized marketing plans are also developed for each location.
